The author thinks that the idea of economic law as a law for government to interfere in economy is the spirit of humanism, which is reflected in the facts that economic law maintains whole social interest and practices essential justice. Economic law leads to the spiritual world of humanism by maintaining economic safety and advocating economic cooperation
