Abstract
Economic law expresses the limited intervention between a nation and its economy.Substantive fairness and substantive justice on economic law are in line with building of economical society and help social harmony.Economic law guarantee building of economical society,which is shown in the following aspects: the market access system,market competition law,the industrial policy,government procurement law,tax and subsidy policy,etc.Taking building of economical society as a turning point,we should enrich the content of economic law.The development of economic law needs to form rights of green management at the moment.
