Necessity and Countermeasures to Strenghthen Career Education of Medical Students

As China′s university employment system reform,the current Chinese medical students are in the turning period,the old concept of career facing collapse,the new and mature concept has not yet to be established,the medical students on career evaluation and selection have become more complex and changeable than that at any other time,and career education content and methods of medical students is also facing new challenges.What medical students career education problems are to resolve in new era.Previously,the authors think Colleges just supply students with valuable employment information and teach them how to find a job,train them job skills in order to find a so-called ordinary people who think that good,while the future is not satisfactory in their work,at a loss,impetuous,and so troubled them.It is necessary to talk about the career education of medical students,put forward with the ideas and measures of career education of medical students,which has the important theoretical and practical significance in the development of medical graduates employment.
