Higher Vocational Colleges Pay More Attention to Students' Education on Career Planning

Abstract
The students in higher vocational college have a strong desire for the information and knowledge on career planning while they hardly feel confident about it.Although most students thought it necessary and vital to plan the career life.they are not able to do it scientifically,which is due to their limited scope.Most of the students started their career planning from their initiative need and cannot go far.neglecting personal merits and demerits,social reality and society's needs.Therefore,it is necessary for colleges to pa3' more attention to the students' career planning education,especially on the connotation,significance of it.Also it is very vital to guide them on how to do a career planning.
