Analysis on the Necessity and Worth of Free Normal College Students' Career Planning

Abstract

The orientation of free normal college students has already been set.However,it is necessary for them to carry out their career planning due to the influences of characteristics of psychological development,current situation of career planning and employment policies.Career Planning does good to help these students to achieve self-worth,strengthen career ideals and improve awareness of career preparation.
