Abstract
Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and paeoniflorin in Yangkun Pills.Method: The sample was separated at 30 ℃ on a Phenomenex Luna C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.2% Phosphoric acid in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1).Result: Two compounds were baseline-isolated,the linear relationships of the injection amounts and peak areas for both baicalin and paeoniflorin were excellent. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid, precise and repeatable. This method can be used for controlling the quality of Yangkun Pills.
