Working as the Postgraduate Tutor

Postgraduate education is contributed to the prosperity and development of China.As science and technique play important roles in our time,it is an important problem for postgraduate tutors to fulfill the double missions of guiding scientific study and training talents.Based on the personal experience of training postgraduates,the author defined the relationship of postgraduate tutors and postgraduates when guiding the thought,style and knowledge,and also investigated the key problems to which postgraduate tutors should pay attention to.Moreover,some personal opinions were introduced in aspects of making the training plans of postgraduates and principles of selecting scientific research,finishing opening reports,training the operating ability,confirming the truth of laboratory data,fulfilling the thesis,and training ability of scientific research.
