Clinical observation of the curative effect of Tanreqing combined with Individual antibiotic-sensitive on pneumonia in the elderly

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing combined with individual antibiotic-sensitive on pneumonia in the elderly.Methods 53cases of patients with pneumonia in the elderly were randomly divided into Tanreqing treatment group(28 cases)and control group(25 cases).Control group was only given individual antibiotic-sensitive therapy,and the treatment group was added with Tanreqing on the basis of treatment above.Results The treatment after can improve the symptom of fever in patients(P0.05).The total effective rate in Tanreqing treatment group was 85.7%,and that in control group was 68.0%.There was significant difference in the rate between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Tanreqing combined with individual antibiotic-sensitive has a good effect treatment on pneumonia in the elderly.
