Clinical Study of Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of Children with Bronchopneumonia

Objective To Observe the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection on children with bronchopneumonia.Methods The 9l children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,which were performed the antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.In the treatment group(45 cases).Tanreqing injection also added was dripped intravenously,at a dose of 1 mL/(kg·d);control group(46 cases) received routine treatment,all for 7~10 d.Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group,and 82.6% in the control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Tanreqing injection in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children is clear,safe and reliable,which is well worth clinical popularizing and application.
