Abstract
Caulis sargentodoxae,herba voilae,cortex moutan,radix angelicae sinensis and rhizoma chuanxiong in Penqiangyan Granule were identified by TLC methods.Contents of paeoniflorin in the granule were determined by HPLC method.The average recovery and relative standard deviaton were 98 27% and 1 87% respectively.
