Abstract
Aim To establish a quality standard for Chaiguijiebiao Granule. Methods Ramulus cinnamomi, radix scutellariae, herba ephedrae, radix et rhizome glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC,and the contents of paeoniflorin in Chaiguijiebiao Granule were determined by HPLC.Results TLC can clearly identify the ramulus cinnamomi, radix scutellariae, herba ephedrae and radix et rhizome glycyrrhizae of this Chinese herbal preparation. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.063~1.260μg,(r=0.999 9),with an average recovery rate of 97.30%,RSD=1.84%,(n=6).Conclusion In TLC,the spots are clear and specific enough to identify the herbal medicine in Chaiguijiebiao Granule. The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility in HPLC.It can be used for quality control of Chaiguijiebiao Granule.
