Abstract
Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Mn,Fe,Pb,Cr and Cd in polygonum were determined by flame atomic aboorption spectrometry. The results showed that polygonum contained trace amounts of calcium and magnesium, which were 2466μg/g and 789.1μg/g,respectively.The zinc and iron contents were high, and the copper, lead and chromium contente were low.Cadmium was not detected. The recovery was 83.47% ~103.0%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 4.23% ~ 16.72%.The method is simple, fast and accurate, and it gives satisfactory results.
