Abstract
The existence of non-government organizations in rural areas is the outstanding development feature of China's rural society from the ancient time to now.In the new period of economic and social reform,great changes have taken place in rural communities.The types and number of nongovernment organizations have also changed.This paper,based on previous studies,studies the basic characteristics of the rural society,the definition of non-government organizations in rural areas,and the development process of these organizations,and puts forward some ideas.
