Abstract
Taking sociological theories as analysis perspectives,the internal mechanism of rural NGO formation has been explored from aspects of building new rural social organization,forming new rural system regulations and se-quences,raising new resident subjects of rural society,and establishing concordant rural social relations.Also,the viewpoint that gradually rising of rural NGO in China is inevitable trend of new rural social progress has been ex-plained.
