Abstract
The 16 weeks old male Wistar rats were fed with the high-fat feed for establishing hyperlipidemia rats model, and at the same time they were administered by oral with seabuckthorn oil soft capsule at different doses(0.15,0.3,0.9 g/(kg·d)) respectively. Then the concentration of serum triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and the changes of rats weight were assayed after 28 days to investigate the effect of seabuckthorn oil soft capsule on blood lipid in the process of forming hyperlipidemia. The levels of TG,TC(P0.05)in high-dose group,medium-dose and low-dose group were obviously lower than that in hyperlipidemia model group, but had no effect on the level of HDL-C(P0.05).The results showed that seabuckthorn oil soft capsule had the function of reducing serum lipid level.
