On strengthening the education and training of migrant workers

Strengthening education and training on migrant workers,upgrading their human capital,can not only make the effective employment of migrant workers,increase their income and self-development,but also will promote the transfer of rural surplus labor,promote the process of urbanization in China.In recent years,education and training on migrant workers has made certain achievements,but have not yet achieved the requirements of the developing situation.There are certain problems exist among government,enterprises,the community,migrant workers themselves and the education and training system and its content.
