Abstract

Industry-university cooperative innovation is an important means to obtain technologies,but the problem of non-symmetries information on technology licensing becomes a major obstacle in the industry-university cooperative innovation.This paper uses basic game theory and model to research the process of non-symmetric information technology licensing on SMEs-university cooperative innovation,and estimates the relative parameters.
