Abstract

Technology transaction and cooperative commercialization are two essential modes of cooperative innovation between university and industry. In this article, a dynamic game model with complete information is set up, through which the cooperative games between university and industry are analyzed. We get the following conclusions: The innovation competence of both university and industry as well as the advance and commercialization values of the university's technologies will determine the choice of cooperative mode. Finally, how universities and firms will choose their partners is discussed.
