Abstract
The cooperative innovation is a typical kind of the cooperative game. The research for the cooperative organization efficiency is one of the most interested topics for the major economists. This paper designs a two-phase game mode in order to analyze the cooperative innovation efficiency and compare the achievement differences between the cooperative innovation and non-cooperative innovation for oligopoly molopoly corporations, including the changes of the market input and the social welfare, so as to provide a theoretical basis for choosing the organizational models in the process of the corporations' cooperative innovation.
