Abstract

In this paper, fermentation conditions for fungus was studied.seven medium were selected and the optimum fermentaion conditions were determined through L18(37) orthogonal test: glucose 30g/L,corn meal 50g/L,soybean meal 10g/L,yeast extract 1g/L,KH2PO4 0.7g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.1g/L,VB1 0.02g/L,pH 6.0.
