Abstract
The liquid fermentation medium for the culture of Ganoderma lucidum was studied and the best culture conditions determined by L18 (37) test were as follows(g/L): glucose content of 30,corn meal content of 50,soybean meal content of 10,yeast extract content of 1,KH2P04 concentration of 0.7,MgSO4 ?7H2O concentration of 0.1,VB1 content of0.02,pH value of 6.0
