Abstract

The article expounds the connotation and contents of the knowledge management and the characteristics and contents of the knowledge service based on the knowledge management. The author points out that it is the best strategic choice for the innovative knowledge service to keep the pace with the times,and to be always ready to meet the challenges of the new century.
