Abstract

Knowledge service is the new subject in 21st century.Different from common information service,knowledge service is to further information service.Its characteristics are automobilizing service methods,multiplizing the value of knowledge and solving customs' demands.By searching and organizing new information,knowledge service paves way for its own development.To keep up with time,it's necessary to built up the platform for library knowledge service,to make up proper service ideas,to set up knowledge system and to improve librarians' quality.
