Study on the capability of lactic acid production and sensitivity to antibiotics of two strains of Lactic acid bacteria

Abstract
Two strains of Lactic acid bacteria were isolated from yogurt;they were St and Lb through identification by the handbook of Berges bacteriology identification.Its biological properties were studied.The results show: St and Lb 1∶1 mixed was better than single germ through fermentation test;Lactic acid bacteria was less sensitive to four kinds of antibiotics,so taking these drug does not influent the useful effect of the Lactic acid bacteria to human body.
