Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of family nursing intervention on the quality of life of liver cirrhosis patients. Methods: The effects of family nursing intervention on the quality of life and compliance of liver cirrhosis patients were analyzed by QLQ-C30 and self-designed questionnaire. The experimental group and control group were treated with family nursing intervention and routine nursing, respectively. Results: The factors levels of the quality of life of liver cirrhosis patients were improved after family nursing intervention, the overall quality scores of life in experimental group after 3 months and 6 months of discharge were significantly higher than those in control group( P 0. 01). The differences of the functional areas, symptoms areas and individual symptom factor between two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05 to P 0. 01). The right medicine, daily routine, reasonable diet, moderate exercise, preventing infection and psychological adjustment compliance rate in experimental group after 3 months and 6 months of discharge were higher than those in control group( P 0. 05 to P 0. 01). Conclusions: Family nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and compliance of liver cirrhosis patients, which is worth of popularization in practice.
