On the Concept of Legal System for Environment

Abstract
Environment legisltion is the foundation to solve environmental crisis. The concept of legal system for environment is the unification of being ruled by law, keeping the law and the concept of right. We should foster favorable environmental and moral concept, strengthen the concept of legal system and promote public incentive for protecting environment.
