Discussion on the Legislation of Environment Education Law in China

Abstract
Existed law on environment education provisions cannot meet the needs of environment protection.It is necessary to formulate environment education law and realize the legalization and standardization of environment education.Environment education law should focus on the implementation system,assessment system,teacher specialization system,financial support system,international cooperation system,and the legal liability of environment education.
