STUDY ON THE ACUTE TOXICCITY OF IVERMECTIN LIPOSOME

In order to observe the actue toxicity of Ivermectin injection and Ivermectin liposome and provide basis for clinic use,mice were injected different concentration product of two different ivermectin product,then were observed seven to fourteen days.With improved Core's method,LD_(50) and 95% confidence limit were determined.Compare Ivermectin injection with Ivermectin liposome under the same method and condition,the results show that the LD_(50) of Ivermectin injection is 24.2493 mg/kg,the LD_(50) of lvermectin-liposome is(92.1516) mg/kg,the toxicity of Ivermectin-liposome is lower and its safety scope is more extensive.
