Relationship between serum level of TNF-α,IL-6 and severity degree of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe change of serum IL-6,TNF-a level in different degree early patients with cerebral infarction(CI),discuss the effect of survival prognosis quality of life.Methods All cases were divided into mild(n=89),middle(n=114)and heavy degree groups(n=62),30 cases healthy volunteers were supposed as control group.The serum IL-6 and TNF-a level in the three groups were measured on the second day with enzyme linked immunodsorbent assay(ELISA) and radioimmunoassay.In addition,the NDS were determined for survival prognosis.Observe relative the serum IL-6,TNF-a level with quality of life of survival prognosis.Results The serum IL-6,TNF-a level of mild group higher than control group(P0.05).The serum IL-6,TNF-a level of middle group were higher or lower mild group or severity group(P0.05).The higher serum IL-6,TNF-a level were the lower quality of life of surivial prognosis were in the same condition(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The serum IL-6,TNF-a level of early patients with CI were higher than health volunteers,it was relative severity degree of patients with CI with the serum IL-6,TNF-a level.The higher the serum IL-6,TNF-a level were,the less of live quality of sunvival prognosis.
