Clinical Observation of Self-made Qingfei Huatan Quyu Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of self-made Qingfei Huatan Quyu decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional treatment,on the basis of it,the observation group was treated by self-made Qingfei Huatan Quyu decoction.Their therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes,integral syndrome of TCM,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were observed and analyzed comparatively.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.67%,there was statistical difference compared with the control group(P0.05),their integral syndrome of TCM,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were improved,except pH,the observation group was better than control group,there was statistical difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Qingfei Huatan Quyu decoction has an obvious therapeutic effects in the treatment of AECOPD,it can improve the patients' blood gas analysis and pulmonary function.
