Observation of Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine on the treatment of acuteexacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

objective To observe the effect of Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD) with phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods 60 cases of AECOPD with phlegm stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in control group,which were treated by western medicine,30 cases in treatment group which were give Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine therapy.The course was two weeks.The clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and change of hemorheology were observed after two courses.Results The clinical control rate and excellent rate in treatment group and control group was 6.67%,93.33% and 0,70.00%.There was obvious difference between two groups on the total score of cough,gasp,the vena sublingualis circuity,short breath and cyanotic lips face(P 0.05).The improvement of symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P 0.05).There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on whole blood viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocrit in treatment group(P 0.01,P 0.05).There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen in control group(P 0.01,P 0.05).There was obvious difference between two groups on whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment(P 0.01).Conclusion This clinical trial result indicated that Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction may reduce the AECOPD patient's clinical symptoms obviously,obviously reduce the whole blood viscosity,the blood plasma specific viscosity,the fibrinogen and erythrocrit.Qingfei Huatan Zhuyu decoction has remarkable clinical curative effect,not obvious untoward effect,is one safety effective medication.
