The Foreign Images in Zhang Ling's Novels

Novels written by Zhang Ling,the Chinese Author,reveal what modern immigrant authors explore in making a breakthrough from Chinese and western traditions and struggling to be identified in domestic and foreign lands,and reflect the changes of new immigrant literature under the new historic conditions.The principle on the image study of comparative literature is used to the analysis on the characteristics of foreign images and the interactional relationship of oneself and otherness in Zhang Ling's novels.At last,it is thought that Zhang Ling strides across the boundary of eastern and western cultural traditions and realizes the cultural transcendent while identifying herself.
