Abstract

Objective:To detect the levels of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 and study the combined detection value of the three tumor markers in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods:Serum AFP-L3 was isolated by microcentrifugalcolumn method, the separated serum AFP-L3 and the serum total AFP were detected with chemilunescent immunoassay to calculate the proportion of AFP-L3.Serum GP73 was tested by quantitative ELISA.Results:AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 content of patients with liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign liver disease group and normal control group. And the combined detection rate of AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 was 96%.Conclusion:The combined detection of three tumor markers, can improve the detection rate of patients with liver cancer, conducive to detection of primary liver cancer,so it can be used as indicators for liver cancer screening.
