Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of detection AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to detect AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 level of serum in hepatocellular carcinoma patients(38 cases),benign liver disease(40 cases)and healthy people(40 cases),and comparison was done.Results The serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 levels in hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those of patients with benign liver diseases and control group(P0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combination test of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73,were 88.56% and 91.38%.Conclusion Combination test of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 has good diagnosis value for hepatocellular carcinoma.
