Research on United Talents Training of Universities with Trades,Enterprises and Scientific Research Institutions under the Outlook of Scientific Development

Abstract

Taking the Outlook of Scientific Development as the talents training concept,this article elaborates how to establish the interactive mechanism of united talents training and the mode of creative talents training.Then the article points out universities should combine the talents training with trades,enterprises and scientific research institutions.Lastly,the article emphasizes that universities should strengthen connotation construction,clear the objectives of talents training,perfect the system of talents training and enhance the qualities of talents training.
