The Project of Theoretical Training and Work-Post Practice——Research on the Training Mode of Innovative Talents

The training of practical innovative talents and academic innovative talents is one of the important topics continuously explored by colleges and universities in the course of talents training.At present many colleges and universities have put forward various training modes with their own characteristics,which have made great contribution to the research of how to cultivate innovative talents.Southwest Petroleum University has tried to cultivate excellent innovative talents systematically by integrating superior resources of the school since 2011.As a result,the project of theoretical training and work-post practice has been carried out for junior students in SWPU.Taking the key elements of both practical and academic innovative talents training into consideration,this project has made an innovation on the training mode by combining theoretical training with work-post practice.Moreover,it has given a drive to the training of innovative talents in directions and at multiple levels by producing an atmosphere of all staff devoted to education.This is a beneficial attempt that provides reference value and significance in cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities.
