Legalization of China's Administrative Restructure Reform

The rule of law is the fundamental requirements and choice of path of administrative system reform,which should be designed and implemented within the framework of the rule of law,giving full play to the rule of law as the guide,propeller and guarantee of the reform. The rule of law in the administrative system reform should include the rule of law in the rights and content of the administrative system reform. The promotion of the rule of law in the administrative reform should make full use of the mindset and method of the rule of law,handle properly the relations between the reform and legislation,pushing both to interact and progress together and facilitate the reform in an open,transparent and democratic manner,enabling the reform to gain profound social base and strong support.
