Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical Observation of 60 cases

Objective To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on clinical efficacy in patients with spleen kidney two empty kidney collateral stasis type diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. Based on reasonable exercise, diet control and hypoglycemic drug therapy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction oral treatment with drugs, treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment for 2 courses. At the same time, two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral, indexes of blood rheology. Results: after treatment, the symptom score improvement was better than that of control group(P 0.01), blood rheology indexes decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P 0.01); and significantly better than the control group(P 0.01). Results: the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference(P 0.01). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy curative effect is better.
