Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction clinical research in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on diabetic nephropathy curative effect, safety. Methods: 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group with conventional oral Xuefu Zhuyu decoction medicine treatment, the control group with conventional therapy. 2 groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, 24 h urinary protein(24h UP), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and adverse drug reaction. Results: the effective rate of treatment group 88.9%, control group efficiency is 56.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the 24 h urinary protein(24h UP), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), the treatment group was better than control group(P0.05); and the treatment group had less adverse reaction and mild.
