Abstract
Objective:To synthesize and identify artificial antigen of ciprofloxacin. Methods:The immunogen CIP-BSA(ciprofloxacin-bovine serum albumin) were synthesized by the method of N-Hydroxysuccinimide active ester. These artificial antigens were identified by UV absorption method and the animal immunization test. Results:The coupling molar ratios of the hapten and carrier proteins were 6 for CIP-BSA.The antibodies showed the 50% inhibition of control values(IC50) of 38 ng/ml by ci-ELISA.Conclusion:These artificial antigens were successfully synthesized and the anti-ciprofloxacin antibody received, which provides the experimental basis for the further study of ELISA or TRFIA.
