Abstract

The administrative law protection system of real right in city housing demolition requires to construct a scientific legal system of city housing demolition on the basis of explicit public benefit.By oriented meticulous demolition procedure,we should enhance the regulation of demolition plan,expropriation,permission and other law enforcement practices in order to construct the oriented compensation and resettlement system,perfect the administrative compensation in city housing demolition ,administrative reconsideration ,administrative procedure and relief system in all directions.
