Abstract
The performance of Government powers in urban housing demolition must be guided by the principle of legal administration and should be strictly regularly.Meanwhile,government's role is just the important impetus to perfect demolition behavior.This paper explores the factors affecting the performance of official duties by law in urban housing demolition and puts forwards some countermeasures against it.
