Abstract
Urban house demolition has been the focal point which the society pays attention to.In the discussion about demolition system of urban housing.In the course of discussion,the theme were laid on land levy and requisition,compensation placement and resettlement,legitimate rights and interests maintenance,but the conduct of the government less.In fact,China's current system of urban house demolition,from beginning to end all government involvement,in which the government plays a very important role.This paper studies the urban house demolition in the conduct of the government,including the relevant administrative acts and administrative acts,the issues,and all these should be perfected and researched based on law.
