Talk about Individualized Knowledge Service of Libraries in Universities and Colleges

In the economic times,universities and colleges should keep up with the step of social informatization,catch and use the opportunity and condition of network's unlimited information spaces after the Internet's popularization to enlarge and change their own service functions.It should offer the information and specialized service to readers according to different levels or sorts,aiming at offering individuated service to meet readers' need,so as to improve the efficiency of knowledge service effectively.This paper particularly explores several aspects such as the differences between knowledge service and information service,the necessity of offering knowledge service and points for attention.
