Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of the total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum indicum. Methods The influence of different factors on the extraction technology were investigated by orthogonal test to select best extraction methods, with total flavonoids content as an indicator and on the basis of simple-factor experiment. Results The optimal extraction condition of microwave extraction was to extract at a microwave power of 650 W,with material ratio 1∶18,60% ethanol for 7 minutes. Conclusion Microwave extraction was fast,efficient,safe,energy-saving,convenient and worth to be promoted.
