Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of community-based synthetic intervention on hypertension. Methods Perspective study was applied.650 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly, intervention group(n=325)and control group(n=325).The patients in control group were treated with the single mode of health education one time, taking one's blood pressure and routine treatment of anti-hypertensive strategies. Then a synthetic intervention was carried out to the intervention group, including health education, mental intervention, rational diet, stopping smoking and limit wine, exercise instruction and rational drug use. Results The perspective follow-up study after three years:The blood pressure control effect of intervention group was superior to the control group(P0.01),the awareness rate was higher than that in control group(P0.05);The health behaviors was higher than that of control group(P0.01);The incidence rate of blood-fat abnormality, pathoglycemia and obesity in control group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular-cerebrovascular events was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Community-based synthetic intervention can strengthen the health awareness of community hypertension patients and elevate the prevention and treatments effects, reducing hazards of hypertension and the incidents of cardiovascular events.
