Abstract

Objective To investigate the protective effect of the aprotinin agaist chronic hepatic injury in rats. Methods The chroni hepatic injury model of rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).Measuring the changes of activity of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB),albumin/globulin(A/G),sialic acid(SA),choline esterase(CHE),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyl transferase(γ-G),total bilirubin(T-BIL) and the hydroxyproline(Hyd) in the liver tissue,Observing the pathologic change of liver tissue. Results Aprotinin could decrease the concentration of serum ALT,AST,ALP,γ-G,T-BIL and Hyd.Aprotinin could increase the concentration of serum ALB,A/G,SA,CHE ignificantly.Aprotinin could improve the pathologic change of liver tissue of chroni hepatic injury significantly. Conclusion The oral aprotinin has protective functions on rats with chroni liver injury significantly.
