Current Situation of Track-and-field Teaching in College and Universities and Study on Its Countermeasures

The author has analyzed the difficult situation of track-and-field teaching in the common colleges and universities,and he has also studied the challenges form the system of free-choosing courses in practical teaching.The author has put forward his own ideas about the improvement of track-and-field teaching method.He emphasizes the effect of fostering the students body health in track and-field teaching and encourages them to take part in the events by improving the teaching method so that more students will be willing to have the course and make themselves fit and strong.
