Abstract
There are two 350 MW generating units instralled in Huaneng Nantong Thermal Power Plant.Through five times successive dismantlements and detail analyses of causes for faults of steam turbine-driven feedwater pumps,the problems existing in equipment configuration. repairing technology, and operation etc,Aspects were found out,and thereby the improvement proposals on operation and repair and preventive measures were further put forward.Through retrofit, the fault occurrence rate of steam turbine-driven feedwater pumps has been greatly reduced.
