Fluorinated foam on children's dental caries prevention effect analysis

Abstract

Objective:to investigate foam fluoride on children's dental caries prevention function and mechanism.Method:choose random cluster sampling method extraction 2 children in the kindergarten were 400,divided into the observation group and the control group and observation group using fluorinated foam to protect teeth,the comparison group USES the placebo,the two groups of children for two years,compared with two groups of new caries surface,dental caries incidence and shallow carious to mineralization rate.The results observed group of dental caries incidence is 32.0 % significantly lower than 45.0 % in control group(P 0.05).The observation group and mineralization rate was significantly higher than 40.0 % 29.0 % in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:fluoride foam is suitable for children to prevent dental caries,can effectively promote the teeth in the mineralization.
